Minister For Civil Service Affairs
The Minister for Civil Service Affairs ( sv, Civilminister), since 2010 called Minister for Public Administration, is a member of the Government of Sweden. The minister for civil service affairs was the head of the Ministry for Civil Service Affairs from 1840 to 1996. It was reintroduced as a minister without portfolio post in 2010. Its tasks includes government procurement and an overall responsibility for municipalities and regions. The coat of arms of the Kingdom of Sweden ( sv, Sveriges riksvapen) has a greater and a lesser version. Regulated usage The usage of the coats of arms is regulated by Swedish Law, Actbr>1970:498 which states (in unofficial translation) that "in commercial activities, the coats of arms, the flag or other official insignia of Sweden may not be used in a trademark or other insignias for products or services without proper authorisation. This includes any mark or text referring to the Swedish State which this can give the commercial mark a sign of official endorsement. This includes municipal coats of arms which are registered." ''Axel'' Gustaf Adlercreutz (2 March 1821 – 20 May 1880) was a Swedish politician, civil servant, President of the Göta Court of Appeal, Minister in the Cabinet, Member of Parliament 1847–1866 and 1877–1880, Prime Minister for Justice 1870–1874. In 1853 he married Baroness Hedvig Lewenhaupt, with whom he had ten children. Charles XV also Carl (''Carl Ludvig Eugen''); Swedish: ''Karl XV'' and Norwegian: ''Karl IV'' (3 May 1826 – 18 September 1872) was King of Sweden (''Charles XV'') and Norway, there often referred to as Charles IV, from 8 July 1859 until his death in 1872. Ludvig Almqvist
Ludvig Teodor Almqvist (4 January 1818 in Gränna, Sweden – August 26, 1884, on the island of Selaön), a Sweden, Swedish politician, was the son of Sven Johan Almqvist, vicar and priest. He served as the Minister for Civil Service Affairs in Louis Gerhard De Geer, Louis De Geer’s first cabinet (1856–1860). In 1867, he was elected to be first deputy speaker of the Upper House of the Swedish Parliament. On November 2, 1860, he took his place as member of the Supreme Court of Sweden. In 1867, he became Chief Justice of the Svea Court of Appeal; in 1870, he became a member of the Supreme Court of Sweden again. Oscar I (born Joseph François Oscar Bernadotte; 4 July 1799 – 8 July 1859) was King of Sweden and Norway from 8 March 1844 until his death. He was the second monarch of the House of Bernadotte. In law, a person is acting in a position if they are not serving in the position on a permanent basis.
