Milton Jiménez
Milton Danilo Jiménez Puerto (born November 8, 1961) is a Honduran lawyer and was Foreign Minister of Honduras from 2006 to 2008. Biography Milton Jiménez at 20 years of age was a law student at the National Autonomous University of Honduras and an activist in the Revolutionary University Force (Fuerza Universitaria Revolucionaria-FUR) when he was temporarily detained-disappeared in April 1982. His case illustrates the circumstances of the arrest, detention, and the torture suffered by those detained, and evidences the existence of clandestine jails. It also reveals the subordinate role of the judicial branch, according to The Preliminary Report on Disappearances of the National Commissioner for the Protection of Human Rights in Honduras. Jiménez was nominee for the Letelier-Moffit Award on Human Rights, in 1990. Jiménez became a successful practicing lawyer. Honduras
Honduras, officially the Republic of Honduras, is a country in Central America. The republic of Honduras is bordered to the west by Guatemala, to the southwest by El Salvador, to the southeast by Nicaragua, to the south by the Pacific Ocean at the Gulf of Fonseca, and to the north by the Gulf of Honduras, a large inlet of the Caribbean Sea. Black Eye
A periorbital hematoma, commonly called a black eye or a shiner (associated with boxing or stick sports such as hockey), is bruising around the eye commonly due to an injury to the face rather than to the eye. The name refers to the dark-colored bruising which is the result of accumulated blood and fluid in the loose areolar tissue following a blow to the head. This blood tracks freely under the scalp producing a generalised swelling over the dome of the skull but cannot pass into either occipital or the temple regions because of the bony attachments of the occipitofrontalis muscle. But this fluid can, however, track forward into the eyelid because the occipitofrontalis muscle has no bony attachment anteriorly. This leads to formation of hematoma a few hours after the head injury or cranial operation. Angel Edmundo Orellana Mercado (born 20 October 1948) was born in Juticalpa. He is a Honduran lawyer and politician. He served as deputy of the National Congress of Honduras representing the Liberal Party of Honduras for Francisco Morazán. Orellana is a lawyer and a notary public, and has a Ph.D. from the University of Bologna, Italy.
