Mikro Souli
Mikro Souli ( el, Μικρό Σούλι) is a semi-mountainous village (altitude 300 m.) in Serres regional unit of Central Macedonia, Greece, located 60 km southeast of the city of Serres. Since the 2011 local government reform it is a part (municipal unit) of the municipality of Amphipolis. It has a population of 334 inhabitants (2021). Central Macedonia
Central Macedonia ( el, Κεντρική Μακεδονία, Kentrikí Makedonía, ) is one of the thirteen administrative regions of Greece, consisting of the central part of the geographical and historical region of Macedonia. With a population of almost 1.8 million, it is the second most populous in Greece after Attica. Serres ( el, Περιφερειακή ενότητα Σερρών) is one of the regional units of Greece, in the geographic region of Macedonia. It is part of the Region of Central Macedonia. Its capital is the city of Serres. The total population reaches just over 175,000. Geography The mountains are Orvelos to the north, Menoikio to the east, Pangaio to the southeast, Kerdylio to the southwest, Vertiskos to the west, parts of Krousi to the west and portions of the Kerkini lies to the northwest. Rodolivos
Rodolivos ( el, Ροδoλίβος) is a town and a former municipality in the Serres regional unit, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Amfipoli, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 106.034 km2. It is about 30 km from Drama. Its population was 2,611 in 2001. The village is at the foot of Mount Pangaio. Just next to Rodolivos, namely on the hill of "St. Athanasius" and also in the neighboring place "Kouria", are attested traces of two ancient settlements of Edonida (Greek: Ηδωνίδα), which were located on the via Egnatia.
