Mikhail Zayats (russian: Михаил Заяц;born October 14, 1981) is an ethnic Russian professional mixed martial artist currently competing in Bellator's Light Heavyweight division. He has also competed in M-1 Global. According to the global-mma.com rankings, he is the 7th ranked Light Heavyweight in the world (outside of the UFC). Paramount Network is an American basic cable television channel owned by the MTV Entertainment Group unit of Paramount Media Networks. Submission (combat Sports)
A submission is a combat sports term for yielding to the opponent, and hence resulting in an immediate defeat. The submission – then also referred to as a "tap out" or "tapping out" – is often performed by visibly tapping the floor or the opponent with the hand or in some cases with the foot, or by saying the word "tap" to signal the opponent and/or the referee of the submission. In some combative sports where the fighter has cornermen, the cornerman can also stop the fight by "throwing in the towel" (usually by literally throwing a towel into the ring), which may count as a submission. Submissions are generally classified into one of two categories. The rear naked choke (RNC) is a chokehold in martial arts applied from an opponent's back. The word "naked" in this context suggests that, unlike other strangulation techniques found in jujutsu/judo, this hold does not require the use of a keikogi ("gi") or training uniform. The choke has two variations: in one version, the attacker's arm encircles the opponent's neck and then grabs their own biceps on the other arm (see below for details); in the second version, the attacker clasps their hands together instead after encircling the opponent's neck. Recent studies have shown that the rear-naked choke takes an average of 8.9 seconds to render an opponent unconscious regardless of the grip that is used. David Tkeshelashvili ( ka, დავით ტყეშელაშვილი) (born 16 October 1969) is a Georgian politician who served as the Head of Presidential Administration of Georgia. Early years Tkeshelashvili was born on 16 October 1969 in Tbilisi, Georgia. From 1987-1989, he served in the Soviet Army. After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, he worked as the head, political secretary and deputy chairman of the Regional Department of the Citizens' Union's Youth Branch from 1993-1995, serving as the organization's press secretary from 1994 to 1995.
