Mikhail Reva (, ; March 13, 1960) is a Ukrainian artist, sculptor, architect, jewelry craftsman, a founder of a non-profit organisation REVA Foundation a co-founder of a charitable organisation " Buduschee" ('The Future'), :ru:Дом с ангелом, the Rehabilitation center for children named after Boris Litvak. Biography Mikhail Reva was born on March 13, 1960, in Kerch (Crimea). In 1966 he moved with his parents to Odesa, Odesa (Ukraine). After high school, he entered National University «Odesa Maritime Academy», Odesa Higher Engineering Marine School and graduated in 1977. Then he served in the army (1980-1982). On his return to Odesa, he worked in the sculpture art fund, where he met his future wife Tatyana Kushniruk. TSUM Kyiv
TSUM Kyiv is Ukraine's one and only department store of the classical format. It is located at the intersection of Bohdan Khmelnytsky and Khreshchatyk streets in the heart of Kyiv. The department store's building in the Art Deco style was erected from 1936 to 1939. From 2012 to 2016, the building was reconstructed while preserving the historical facade from 1939. Bohdan Sylvestrovych Stupka ( uk, Богдан Сильвестрович Ступка; 27 August 1941 – 22 July 2012) was a popular Ukrainian actor and the minister of culture of Ukraine. He was born in Kulykiv, General Government to Ukrainian parents. In 2001, he was a member of the jury at the 23rd Moscow International Film Festival. At the 26th Moscow International Film Festival he won the award for Best Actor for his role in '' Our Own''. Stupka played in more than a hundred roles in films and over fifty in theaters. Shabo, Odesa Oblast
Shabo ( uk, Шабо, ro, Şaba, population 7,100) is a selo of the Odesa Oblast, Ukraine, situated at the Dniester Liman, some 7 km downstream of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi. It hosts the administration of Shabo rural hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. The Tatar village was established ca. 1500, called ' "the lower vineyards" (attested 1788). The name was subsequently simplified to ''Shabag'' and finally to ''Shaba / Shabo''. After the conquest of Bessarabia by the Russian Empire, the region suffered a population drain to the Ottoman Empire. Shabo in 1812 had been deserted by all but three or four families. Alexander I decided to re-populate the region, in 1822 inviting Swiss settlers of Vaud to cultivate the vineyards of Shabo. The descendants of these settlers inhabit Shabo to the present day, and Shabo wine remains famous for its quality. Isaac Emmanuilovich Babel (russian: Исаак Эммануилович Бабель, p=ˈbabʲɪlʲ; – 27 January 1940) was a Russian writer, journalist, playwright, and literary translator.
