Mike Road
Mike Road (born Milton Brustin;The Boston Advertiser, June 29, 1958 March 18, 1918 – April 14, 2013) was an American voice actor and Warner Bros. television series contract player whose television career dates back to the 1950s and in films to the 1940s. Biography Road was born in Malden in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. He got his start as an actor in school plays while in Malden High School, which led to him joining a theatre troupe in Boston. His Broadway debut came in the late 1930s in the short-lived play ''Doodle Dandy of the U.S.A.'' He supported himself by doing odd jobs such as usher, waiter, truck driver, delivery man and sign painter. Road had a role in the play ''The Moonvine''. His film career had also begun by this time. John Augustus Kelly Jr. (September 16, 1927 – November 7, 1992), known professionally as Jack Kelly, was an American film and television actor most noted for the role of Bart Maverick in the television series ''Maverick'', which ran on ABC from 1957 to 1962. Kelly shared the series, rotating as the lead from week to week, first with James Garner as Bret Maverick (1957–1960) then with Roger Moore as Beau Maverick (1960–1961) and Robert Colbert as Brent Maverick (1961, for two episodes), before becoming the only Maverick (alternating with reruns from the Garner era) in the fifth season. Kelly later became a politician, having served from 1983 to 1986 as the mayor of Huntington Beach, California. Maurice Joseph Girouard Jr. (born January 15, 1948) is a Canadian-American music journalist and former film and television actor. He is known for playing Jody O'Connell in the American western television series '' Buckskin''. Life and career Nolan was born in Montreal, Quebec. The series originally aired for four seasons, with 155 episodes produced. It stars Lloyd Bridges as former Navy diver Mike Nelson, and was produced by Ivan Tors.
