Michael Kelley (October 27, 1954 – January 31, 2012) was an American artist. His work involved found objects, textile banners, drawings, assemblage, collage, performance and video. He often worked collaboratively and had produced projects with artists Paul McCarthy, Tony Oursler, and John Miller. Writing in ''The New York Times'', in 2012, Holland Cotter described the artist as "one of the most influential American artists of the past quarter century and a pungent commentator on American class, popular culture and youthful rebellion." Michael Joseph Kelley (December 2, 1875 – June 6, 1955) was an American Major League Baseball first baseman. He played one season in the majors with the Louisville Colonels. He then forged a 30-year career as a manager in the minor leagues and became a legendary figure in the "Twin Cities" of Minneapolis–St. Paul. Major League career Born in Templeton, Massachusetts, Kelley played only one season in the Major Leagues, with the 1899 Louisville Colonels of the National League. A right-handed hitter and thrower, he appeared in 76 games that season, and he batted .241 with three home runs and had 33 runs batted in. At the end of the season, the NL shrunk from 12 to eight teams and the Colonels were disbanded. Many Louisville players were acquired by the surviving Pittsburgh Pirates, but Kelley returned to the minors. Michael Kelley (born 1967, Chicago, Illinois) is an American Screenwriting, television writer and Television producer, producer and creator of television series ''What/If'', ''Revenge (TV series), Revenge'' and ''Swingtown''. Early life Kelley was born in Chicago, growing up and attending school at New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois, Winnetka, Illinois until 1985. A classmate of his was musician Liz Phair, who he would later bring to the television scoring business. Mike Kelley (born March 27, 1975) is an American politician who served as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives for the 127th district from 2011 to 2019. He was replaced by his wife, Ann Kelley, on January 3, 2019, due to term limits. As member of the Republican Party, Mike Kelley was elected into the position in 2011, and left office in 2019 after 8 years in the position due to Missouri term limits. Early life A native of Lamar, Missouri, Kelley attended Lamar High School. Career Kelley became a general manager at a McDonald's in Lamar in 1995 and held that position until he took office. He then went to work as Chief of Staff to Missouri State Senator Bill White and was appointed by Governor Eric Greitens to serve as one of the commissioners of Missouri Commission for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing.
