Mihai Mocanu
Mihai Mocanu (24 February 1942 – 18 June 2009) was a Romanian football defender. Club career Mihai Mocanu was born on 24 February 1942 in Constanța, Romania, starting to play football in 1952 at local club, Locomotiva, afterwards going to play for Rafinăria Câmpina, returning to his hometown at Electrica where he finished his junior career, starting his senior career in Divizia B, playing for two seasons at SNM Constanța, afterwards going for one season at fellow Divizia B club, Chimia Făgăraș. He went to play for Petrolul Ploiești, making his Divizia A debut on 25 August 1963 in a 2–1 away loss against UTA Arad, making a total of 201 appearances with 6 goals scored in the competition over the course of 9 seasons in which he also helped the '' Yellow Wolves'' win the 1965–66 Divizia A, being used by coach Constantin Cernăianu in 26 matches. Angelo Niculescu
Angelo Niculescu (1 October 1921 – 20 June 2015) was a Romanian football player and manager. He was the coach of the Romania national football team during the 1970 FIFA World Cup. He is best remembered in Romania for inventing the "temporizare" ("delaying") tactics in which the team keeps the possession of the ball inside its own half and the players are using many short passes from one side to another of the field in order to disrupt the opponents patience when they go out of their field to make pressing; this is also known as tiki-taka. Ilie Oană
Ilie Oană (16 August 1918 – 27 April 1993) was a football player and manager who represented and coached the Romania national football team. Career Oană was born in Indiana Harbor to Romanian parents who emigrated from Transylvania before the outbreak of World War I. In 1921, his parents moved back to their homeland, settling in Sibiu after the 1918 Union of Transylvania with Romania. Oană began his football career with local side Șoimii Sibiu. He joined Petrolul Ploiești in 1937. Because he was born in the United States, he was nicknamed "Americanul" ''(The American)''. Oană made two appearances for Romania, making his debut in a friendly which ended 2–2 against Hungary in October 1939. He also played in a 0–0 against Poland at the 1948 Balkan Cup. Ischemia or ischaemia is a restriction in blood supply to any tissue, muscle group, or organ of the body, causing a shortage of oxygen that is needed for cellular metabolism (to keep tissue alive). Ischemia is generally caused by problems with blood vessels, with resultant damage to or dysfunction of tissue i.e. hypoxia and microvascular dysfunction. Constantin Frățilă (1 October 1942 – 21 October 2016) was a Romanian football striker and coach. Club career Constantin Frățilă was born on 1 October 1942 in Bucharest, Romania and started to play football in 1957, at junior level at Recolta București, after one year moving to Uzinele Vasile Roaită. He started his senior career playing for Dinamo București, making his Divizia A debut on 16 April 1961 in a 6–0 victory against Minerul Lupeni in which he scored a hat-trick, having a total of 7 goals in 7 appearances until the end of his first season spent at the club.
