Mihai "Miță" Iosif (born 22 October 1974) is a Romanian former professional footballer and currently a manager. As a footballer, Iosif played for Rapid București, Dinamo București, Chindia Târgoviște and FC Drobeta-Turnu Severin. He is currently the manager of Liga II team Minaur Baia Mare. Chindia Tower
The Chindia Tower ( ro, Turnul Chindiei) is a tower in the Curtea Domnească monuments ensemble in Târgoviște, Romania, built in the 15th century. The tower was begun during the second reign of Prince Vlad III the Impaler over Wallachia and took its final form during the 19th century. It initially had a military purpose, but during its history, it has been used as a guard point, a fire spotter, and for storing and protecting the state treasury. Between 1847 and 1851, the Chindia Tower was completely restored by Gheorghe Bibescu who added to its height. The building in its current form has a height of and a diameter of . Cupa Ligii
The Cupa Ligii ( en, League Cup) was Romania's secondary club football tournament. Like the Cupa României, it was played on a knockout (single elimination) basis. History It is unclear when the competition was first created, as there are no official recordings. It probably started sometime after 1990, but there may already have been an edition as early as 1978. Cupa Ligii was meant to shorten the break between the end of the league season and the start of a major international competition. It had a friendly character and was last played in 2000 before being dropped. 1989–90 Divizia B
The 1989–90 Divizia B was the 50th season of the second tier of the Romanian football league system. The format has been maintained to three series, each of them having 18 teams. At the end of the season the winners of the series promoted to Divizia A and the last three places from each series relegated to Divizia C. A relegation play-off was played between the 15th places from each series, team ranked last also relegated to Divizia C: the relegation play-off was necessary due to the fall of communism in December 1989, culminating with the exclusion from Divizia A of Flacăra Moreni and Olt Scornicești, and the dissolution of Victoria București. Ion Pop
Ion Pop (8 May 1947 – 8 December 2015) was a Romanian footballer who played as a right defender. After he retired from playing football he worked for almost 30 years at Rapid București, mainly at the team's youth center where he taught and formed generations of players, which include Nicolae Stanciu and Nicolae Grigore. His nephew, Mihai Iosif was also a footballer who played at Rapid București. International career Ion Pop played two friendly games for Romania, making his debut under coach Gheorghe Ola in a 4–2 away victory against Morocco. His second game for the national team was a 2–2 against Peru and he also appeared once for Romania's Olympic team in a 3–2 loss against Denmark at the 1972 Summer Olympics qualifiers. Lucchese 1905 s.r.l., or simply Lucchese, is an Italian football club, based in Lucca, Tuscany that plays in Serie C, the third tier of Italian football. Ephedrine
Ephedrine is a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant that is often used to prevent low blood pressure during anesthesia. It has also been used for asthma, narcolepsy, and obesity but is not the preferred treatment. It is of unclear benefit in nasal congestion. It can be taken by mouth or by injection into a muscle, vein, or just under the skin. Onset with intravenous use is fast, while injection into a muscle can take 20 minutes, and by mouth can take an hour for effect. When given by injection it lasts about an hour and when taken by mouth it can last up to four hours. Common side effects include trouble sleeping, anxiety, headache, hallucinations, high blood pressure, fast heart rate, loss of appetite, and inability to urinate.
