Otjiwarongo
Otjiwarongo ( hz, beautiful place) is a city of 28,000 inhabitants in the Otjozondjupa Region of Namibia. It is the district capital of the Otjiwarongo electoral constituency and also the capital of Otjozondjupa. Otjiwarongo is situated in central-north Namibia on the TransNamib railway. It is the biggest business centre for Otjozondjupa Region. The league was established in 1990 and was trimmed to 12 teams from the traditional 16 in 2005. 4 Artillery Brigade (pronounced as ''Four Artillery Brigade'') and colloquially known as "Gunners", is the artillery arm of the Namibian Army based at Otjiwarongo. It is the controlling entity of all artillery units in the Army. Shortly after its formation the Brigade received G2 towed artillery from South Africa.
