Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is a customer relationship management software package developed by Microsoft. The current version is Dynamics 365. The name and licensing changed with the update from Dynamics 2016. Release History Microsoft CRM 1.2 Microsoft CRM 1.2 was released on December 8, 2003.
