Michaela Paštiková
Michaela Paštiková (born 27 March 1980) is a retired tennis player from the Czech Republic. On 31 January 2005, Paštiková achieved her career-high singles ranking of world No. 89. On 25 July 2005, she peaked at No. 35 of the WTA doubles rankings. Her father introduced her to the game at age three and she was coached by Jiri Fencl. Paštiková preferred playing on clay surfaces. Father, Vladimir, is a teacher and tennis coach, mother, Zdena, is a nurse; Michaela has a younger sister named Marketa. Paštiková retired from professional tennis 2014. Jitka Schönfeldová
Jitka Veselá (born 9 August 1980, Schönfeldová) is a former professional tennis player from the Czech Republic. Biography A right-handed player from Prague, Schönfeldová was a top junior player, finishing 1996 as the joint ITF World Champion for girls' doubles, with regular partner Michaela Paštiková. The pair teamed up to win the 1996 Australian Open and also claimed the Orange Bowl title that year. Schönfeldová's only main draw appearance on the WTA Tour came at the 1996 Czech Open, where she and Alena Vašková competed as qualifiers. Injuries limited her professional career and she left the tour in 2000. Ľudmila Cervanová (; born 15 October 1979 in Piešťany, Czechoslovakia) is a retired tennis player from Slovakia. She turned professional in 1997, and reached career-high rankings of world No. 58 in singles in March 2004 and No. 186 in doubles in May 1997.
