Michael Raffl
Michael Raffl (born 1 December 1988) is an Austrian professional ice hockey Winger (ice hockey), left winger currently with Lausanne HC of the Swiss National League (ice hockey), National League (NL). He previously played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Philadelphia Flyers, Washington Capitals and Dallas Stars, as well as EC VSV in the Austrian ICE Hockey League (IceHL). Early life Raffl was born on 1 December 1988 in Villach, Austria, to a hockey-playing family. His father Peter Raffl, Peter played with the EC VSV, Villacher SV (EC VSV) for 22 years, and served as head coach of the town's Under-20 athletics, under-20 ice hockey team. Raffl and his older brother Thomas Raffl, Thomas spent most of their childhood in the Stadthalle (Villach), Villacher Stadthalle arena. Leksands IF
Leksands Idrottsförening is a Swedish ice hockey team from the town of Leksand in the region of Dalarna. The team plays in the top-tier league, SHL, after succeeding through the 2019 SHL qualifiers and thus earning promotion to the SHL. The club's home arena is Tegera Arena, which seats 7,650 spectators. History The club was formed on 13 August 1919, originally playing bandy and ski competitions. In 1920 they also took up football. The Colorado Avalanche (colloquially known as the Avs) are a professional ice hockey team based in Denver. Craig Peter Anderson (born May 21, 1981) is an Americans, American professional ice hockey goaltender for the Buffalo Sabres in the National Hockey League (NHL). The Adirondack Phantoms were a professional ice hockey team in the American Hockey League (AHL), who began play in the 2009–10 AHL season. Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament
The Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament (french: Tournoi international de hockey pee-wee de Québec) is an annual minor ice hockey event in Quebec City. The tournament was founded in 1960 to coincide with the Quebec Winter Carnival, and give an opportunity for international competition to players less than 12 years old. The tournament raises funds for the local Patro Roc-Amadour foundation, and is mostly run by volunteers and a few staff. The event takes place each year in February at Videotron Centre, and previously spent 56 seasons at Quebec Coliseum. As of 2018, the event has showcased the talent of over 1,200 future professionals in the National Hockey League or the World Hockey Association.
