Michael Monberg
Michael Monberg (born 17 May 1978) is a Danish politician. He is the co-founder of the Vegan Party, founded in 2018, and had been the leader of the party since its foundation. On 6 August 2020, Monberg's party had managed to collect the signatures required to run for the next Danish general election General elections are scheduled to be held in Denmark no later than 31 October 2026, according to § 32 in the constitution, which defines an election cycle as four years. Fredensborg Kommune is a municipality (Danish, '' kommune'') in Region Hovedstaden (Capital Region). The municipality covers an area of 112.13 km2 and has a total population of 39,551 (as of 1 April 2014). Lisel Vad Olsson (born 2 June 1981) is a former Danish politician. She has been the leader of the Vegan Party from 15 September 2020 to march 2021, when the former leader Michael Monberg resigned. The party became eligible to run in the next Danish general election only a month prior.
