Michael Magnafichi
Michael Magnafichi is a member of the Chicago Outfit, an Italian-American organized crime syndicate based in Chicago, Illinois. He is the son of Lee Magnafichi, who also was a member of the Outfit, supposedly working under John "Jackie The Lackey" Cerone. Michael would later become Jackie Cerone's personal driver. In a declassified 2002 FBI memorandum, Magnafichi was identified as one of the principal threats to the safety of mob turncoat Nick Calabrese, a cooperating witness in the Operation Family Secrets trial. Some sources claim that Michael, along with Rudy Fratto, was or still is an Elmwood Park street boss under Peter DiFronzo, brother of Outfit leader John DiFronzo. The Chicago Outfit (also known as the Outfit, the Chicago Mafia, the Chicago Mob, the Chicago crime family, the South Side Gang or The Organization) is an Italian-American organized crime syndicate or crime family based in Chicago, Illinois, that originated in the city's South Side in the early 1910s. It is part of the larger Italian-American Mafia. John Philip Cerone (July 7, 1914 – July 26, 1996), nicknamed Jackie the Lackey, was an American mobster and boss of the Chicago Outfit during the late 1960s. He was the younger brother of mobster Frank "Skippy" Cerone, father of lawyer John Peter Cerone, and husband to the late Clara Cerone. He was born to John Cerone Sr. and Rose Valant. Nicholas W. Calabrese (born November 30, 1942) is an American former mob hitman, best known for being the second made man ever to testify against the Chicago Outfit. Rudolph "Rudy" Fratto (born December 12, 1943) has been identified by federal authorities and several Chicago newspapers as a high-ranking member of the Chicago Outfit crime organization. Peter DiFronzo (May 13, 1933 – December 4, 2020) was an American mobster in the Chicago Outfit. Life DiFronzo was a made member and the caporegime of the Elmwood Park Crew within the Chicago Outfit. In 1965, he was sentenced to 10 years at Leavenworth Prison after he and two Outfit affiliates robbed a warehouse in Forest View, Illinois, of cigarettes, razor blades, and ladies hosiery. He was featured in William F. Roemer Jr's ''War of the Godfathers: The Bloody Confrontation Between the Chicago and New York Families for Control of Las Vegas'' in 1990. John DiFronzo
John DiFronzo (December 13, 1928 – May 27, 2018), nicknamed "No Nose", was an American mobster and the reputed former boss of the Chicago Outfit. Biography DiFronzo, a former enforcer and caporegime, first appeared with a criminal record in 1949. He got the nickname "No Nose" because he sliced off part of his nose while jumping through a window during a 1949 clothing store burglary. Reportedly, the police gave him back the missing part which was almost perfectly restored. In 1950, DiFronzo served two years in prison for burglary.
