Meta Velander
Eva Margareta Velander (born 13 August 1924), also known as Meta Velander, is a Swedish actress. Velander grew up in Kungsholmen in Stockholm, close to Rålambshovsparken, where she lived until she was twenty-one. She started acting in plays during her school years. After studying at Dramatens school between 1947 and 1950, she started working at Uppsala Stadsteater, where she remained until 1957. She then worked at Stockholms stadsteater from 1960 until the present day. She presented episodes of ''Sommar i P1'' at Sveriges Radio in 1982 and 2010. She is the daughter of professor Edy Velander and Maj Halle. She married actor Ingvar Kjellson on 22 June 1949 and remained married to him until his death in 2014. Djursholm
Djursholm () is one of four suburban districts in, and the seat of Danderyd Municipality, Stockholm County, Sweden. Djursholm is included in the multi-municipal Stockholm urban area. Djursholm is divided into a number of different areas: Djursholms Ekeby (northwest), Svalnäs (northeast), Ösby (central), Berga (southwest) and Gamla Djursholm ('Old Djursholm', southeast). It is also partly located in Täby Municipality. Kungsholmen
Kungsholmen is an island in Lake Mälaren in Sweden, part of central Stockholm, Sweden. It is situated north of Riddarfjärden and considered part of the historical province Uppland. Dramaten
The Royal Dramatic Theatre ( sv, Kungliga Dramatiska Teatern, colloquially ''Dramaten'') is Sweden's national stage for "spoken drama", founded in 1788. Around one thousand shows are put on annually on the theatre's five running stages. The theatre has been at its present location in the Art Nouveau building at Nybroplan, Stockholm, since 1908. The theatre was built by the architect Fredrik Lilljekvist. Famous artists like Carl Milles and Carl Larsson were involved in making the decorations, and some of the interior decorations were made by Prince Eugen. ''Sommar i P1'' (''Summer on P1'') is one of the most popular shows on Swedish radio. It has been broadcast every summer since 29June 1959, originally as ''Sommar'' on P3 and since 1993 on P1. About Each 90-minute-long programme in the series – which is broadcast daily from Midsummer's day until the middle of August at 13:00 (a timeslot held since the first episode) and repeated in the late evening – is presented by a different host who talks about a topic of personal relevance and plays music of their own choosing.
