Menjangan Island
Menjangan Island is a small island, located 5 miles to the north-west of Bali island and is part of the Indonesian archipelago. "Menjangan" in Indonesian means "Deer". The name was given by the local population observing wild deer herds swimming to the island every spring and covering a distance of approximately 1.2 miles. Locality Even though the island is a significant part of Bali Barat National Park, it is assigned to the Javanese administrative district and falls under its jurisdiction. The closest big cities are: Singaraja, located in the north of Bali and Banyuwangi, located on the eastern coast of Java. The closest settlement is Sumberkima village. West Bali National Park
West Bali National Park (Indonesian: ''Taman Nasional Bali Barat'') is a national park located in Buleleng Regency, Bali, Indonesia. The park covers around , of which are land and the remainder is sea. This is approximately 3% of Bali's total land area. To the north, it includes a long beach, reef and islets. A seaport at Gilimanuk is west of the park, and the village of Goris is to the east. The National Park can be reached by roads from Gilimanuk and Singaraja, or by using ferries from Ketapang, East Java. There are several habitats in the national park, a savanna, mangroves, montane and mixed-monsoon forests, and coral islands. Singaraja
Singaraja is a port town in northern Bali, Indonesia, which serves as the seat of Buleleng Regency. The name is Indonesian for "Lion King" (from Tamil ''singam'' and ''raja''). It is just east of Lovina, and is also the centre of Buleleng District, which covers an area of 46.94 km² and had a population of 150,210 in 2020, the second largest on the island. Banyuwangi International Airport ( id, Bandar Udara Internasional Banyuwangi) (formerly code: WARB) is an airport at Blimbingsari, which serves Banyuwangi city and surrounding area in East Java, Indonesia. It was formerly known as Blimbingsari Airport. It was opened for operations in December 2010. It is termed as the ''first green airport'' of Indonesia. The airport is managed by PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero), after being handed over by the Ministry of Transportation on 22 December 2017.
