Mendocino County (; ''Mendocino'', Spanish language, Spanish for "of Antonio de Mendoza, Mendoza) is a County (United States), county located on the North Coast (California), North Coast of the U.S. state of California. As of the 2020 United States Census, 2020 census, the population was 91,601. The county seat is Ukiah, California, Ukiah. Mendocino County consists wholly of the Ukiah, CA Micropolitan Statistical Area, Micropolitan Statistical Area (μSA) for the purposes of the United States Census Bureau, U.S. Census Bureau.
