Memnun Hadžić
Memnun Hadžić (born 20 January 1981) is a former boxer from Bosnia and Herzegovina. As amateur he reached quarterfinals at the 2005 Mediterranean Games in Almeria and won bronze medal at the 2008 European Amateur Boxing Championships in Liverpool, UK. In december 2009 he became professional. Super heavyweight is a weight class in combat sports and competitive bodybuilding. Boxing In amateur boxing, the super heavyweight division is a weight class division for fighters weighing in excess of 91 kilograms (200 pounds). Introduced for the 1984 Summer Olympics, the division is the amateur equivalent of the heavyweight division in professional boxing. The super heavyweight division was introduced because the general increase in the weight of top heavyweights throughout the 20th century meant that the heavyweight division became excessively broad, with the smaller men having little chance of competing effectively. Therefore, the bigger men were split off into the new super heavyweight division. Professional boxing also made this split, but instead of renaming the unlimited division, it introduced the cruiserweight division for the smaller heavyweights, and continued to call the unlimited division heavyweight. Denis Sergeev
Denis Sergeyevich Sergeev or Denis Sergeyevich Sergeyev (Денис Сергеевич Сергеев; born March 21, 1982, in Vladimir Oblast, Russia) is a Russian amateur boxer who won the silver medal at the 2008 European Amateur Boxing Championships in the super heavyweight division. Career Sergeev won a bronze in the 2005 Super-heavyweight Russian senior national championships losing 29:14 to Vladislav Vasilev and won a bronze again in 2006 losing to Magomed Abdusalamov in the semi-final by 49:44. The following year in 2007 he won the title beating European champion Islam Timurziev 22:19 in the final and followed the success up in 2008 beating Shamil Gadzhiev to win the title. Memorijal Hakija Turajlić is a boxing tournament named in honor of Hakija Turajlić, a former Bosnian politician, economist and businessman who was assassinated in 1993 during the Bosnian War. The first Memorijal Hakija Turajlić was held in 1994, during the Siege of Sarajevo, and since then more than 500 boxers from 30 countries have participated in the tournament.
