Melanie Camp is an Australian-born media professional based in Houston, Texas. One of five children, she grew up in Perth, Western Australia. Career Melanie Camp is a Houston based television correspondent. She is part of the team on "Houston Life", a live, daytime lifestyle show that airs weekdays on KPRC-TV, the NBC affiliate in Houston. Camp has interviewed celebrities such as Trae tha Truth, Atsuko Okatsuka and Shaquille O'Neal. Perth is the capital and largest city of the Australian state of Western Australia.
