Medisch Spectrum Twente
The Medisch Spectrum Twente (MST) is the hospital of the city of Enschede. It is a top-clinical center offering secondary and limited tertiary care. Facilities The hospitals has a license for 1070 beds, over 200 medical specialists and circa 4000 total employees. Aside from the regular clinical departments, it also has tertiary care departments such as cardiothoracic surgery, neurosurgery, advanced oncological care, radio therapy, bone marrow transplantations, hemodialysis, a large hospital pharmacy, and a regional level I trauma center. It is one of the largest non-academic hospitals of the Netherlands. The hospital does not have its own trauma helicopter, but an ADAC helicopter from the neighboring German town of Rheine frequently crosses the border when the local (Dutch) ambulance control center requests it. Enschede
Enschede (; known as in the local Twents dialect) is a municipality and city in the eastern Netherlands in the province of Overijssel and in the Twente region. The eastern parts of the urban area reaches the border of the German city of Gronau. The municipality of Enschede consisted of the city of Enschede until 1935, when the rural municipality of Lonneker, which surrounded the city, was annexed after the rapid industrial expansion of Enschede which began in the 1860s and involved the building of railways and the digging of the Twentekanaal. ADAC
ADAC, officially the Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club (), is Europe's largest motoring association. ADAC is the largest club (Verein) in Germany with around 21 million members. It would be more aptly described today as an individual mobility association since it looks more broadly at all transport options ensuring individual mobility. Its headquarters is located in Munich. Oldenzaal
Oldenzaal (; Tweants: ''Oldnzel'') is a municipality and a city in the eastern province of Overijssel in the Netherlands. It is part of the region of Twente and is close to the German border. It received city rights in 1249. Historically, the city was part of the Hanseatic League as a subsidiary city of the fellow Hanseatic city of Deventer. Located on the A1 motorway from Amsterdam to Germany, Oldenzaal also has a rail connection to Hengelo and Bad Bentheim. As of 1 January 2019, 31,885 people lived in Oldenzaal. Haaksbergen
Haaksbergen () is a municipality and a town in the eastern Netherlands, in the province of Overijssel, in the Twente region. The ''Buurserbeek'' flows through the municipality of Haaksbergen. Losser () is a municipality and a town in the eastern Netherlands. It is at the eastern end of the A1 motorway.
