Mediaproducción, S.L.U., better known as Mediapro, is a multimedia communications group in Spain founded in April 1994 in Barcelona. The company is well involved in movie and television production. The company holds branch offices in Madrid, Seville, Girona, Lisbon, Madeira, Budapest, Miami, Buenos Aires, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Rio de Janeiro, Porto, Qatar, Amsterdam, and Tenerife. Téléfoot (TV Channel)
Téléfoot: La Chaîne du Foot ( en, The Football Channel), also known as simply Téléfoot, was a French pay television channel owned by Mediapro. Launched on 17 August 2020, it was established as part of an agreement by Mediapro with Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) to acquire rights to Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 football beginning in the 2020-21 season. TF1 Group served as a content partner for the channel, under which it was branded as an extension of its football programme ''Téléfoot'' and employed its on-air personalities''.'' Ligue 1, officially known as Ligue 1 Uber Eats for sponsorship reasons, is a French professional league for men's association football clubs. At the top of the French football league system, it is the country's primary football competition. Administrated by the Ligue de Football Professionnel, Ligue 1 is contested by 20 clubs and operates on a system of promotion and relegation from and to Ligue 2. Seasons run from August to May. Jaume Roures Llop (born 1950) is a Spanish businessman, film producer and media mogul from Catalonia. Roures is best known as the founder of the newspaper '' Público'' and as the CEO of the media group Mediapro. Considered a left-wing nationalist, he was a member of Trotskyist and Anti-Francoist organizations in his youth. Josep Maria Benet Ferran (born 14 June 1957), better known as Tatxo Benet, is a journalist and Spanish businessman. Biography He studied Law (University of Barcelona in Lleida) and Information Sciences (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona), although he never graduate from either degree, combining his university studies with a budding career in journalism. The Canadian Premier League (CPL or CanPL; french: Première ligue canadienne, links=no) is a professional men's soccer league in Canada.
