Mayoral Gallery
The Galeria Mayoral was launched in Barcelona in 1989. The gallery has two types of exhibitions: collective shows based on a specific theme and solo exhibitions of the work of artists that are especially relevant to the history of twentieth-century and early twenty-first century. Joan Miró
Joan Miró i Ferrà ( , , ; 20 April 1893 – 25 December 1983) was a Catalan painter, sculptor and ceramicist born in Barcelona. A museum dedicated to his work, the Fundació Joan Miró, was established in his native city of Barcelona in 1975, and another, the Fundació Pilar i Joan Miró in Mallorca, Fundació Pilar i Joan Miró, was established in his adoptive city of Palma de Mallorca, Palma in 1981. Salvador Dalí
Salvador Domingo Felipe Jacinto Dalí i Domènech, Marquess of Dalí of Púbol (; ; ; 11 May 190423 January 1989) was a Spanish surrealist artist renowned for his technical skill, precise draftsmanship, and the striking and bizarre images in his work. Miquel Barceló
Miquel Barceló Artigues (born 1957) is a Spanish painter. Career Barceló was born at Felanitx, Mallorca. After having studied at the Arts and Crafts School of Palma for two years, he enrolled at the Fine Arts School of Barcelona in 1974. However, he only studied at this school for a few months. A year later he returned to Mallorca to participate in the happenings and actions of protest of the group "Taller Llunàtic", a conceptual avantgarde group. He also took part in the creation of their artist periodical ''Neon de Suro'' (21 issues from 1957–1982). A year after his return to Mallorca he had his first one-man show at the Palma Museum.
