Maya Station
is a passenger railway station located in Nada-ku, Kobe, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by the West Japan Railway Company (JR West). Lines Maya Station is served by the Tōkaidō Main Line (JR Kobe Line), and is located 583.7 kilometers from the terminus of the line at and 27.3 km from Osaka Station. Only all-stations "Local" services stop at this station. Station layout The station consists of one island platform an elevated station building. The station is staffed. The station has three elevators: one at each entrance and one providing access to the platforms. Similarly, three escalators are provided: one at each entrance and one for the platforms. In addition to solar panels on the roof of the station, the station incorporates a system which converts electricity generated by trains when they brake to augment the station power supply, the first time such a system has been used by JR West. Japan National Route 2
is a major highway on the islands of Honshū and Kyūshū in Japan. It follows the old Sanyōdo westward from the city of Osaka, Osaka Prefecture in the Kansai region to the city of Kitakyūshū in Fukuoka Prefecture, passing through the San'yō region en route. The is a network of expressways surrounding Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto, Japan. Operated by , it opened in 1962. Portions of the Hanshin Expressway about east of Fukae Station collapsed during the Kobe earthquake on 17 January 1995. These sections were rebuilt by 1996. Mount Maya
is a mountain in Kobe, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. This mountain is one of the major peaks of the Rokkō Mountains, and is the most popular peak for visitors on the West-Rokkō Mountains. Outline Mount Maya is one of the two centers in Rokko Mountains for tourists. Mount Maya has a link from the foot of the mountain to the top. Those are Maya Cableway and Maya Ropeway. This mountain has also easy access to the foot through Okumaya Driveway. Mount Maya area was linked to the Kinenhidai area and the top of Mount Rokko by bus. This mountain is a part of Setonaikai National Park, and famous for the view from the mountain.
