Maurice B. Brennan
Maurice B. Brennan (April 6, 1842August 7, 1927) was an Irish American immigrant, politician and farmer. Born in County Kerry, Ireland, Brennan emigrated with his parents to the United States in 1848, initially settling in Springfield, Massachusetts. In 1852, Brennan and his family settled in the town of Morrison, Brown County, Wisconsin. Brennan was a livestock dealer and farmer. Brennan served as assessor of the town of Morrison. In 1881 and 1905, Brennan served in the Wisconsin State Assembly as a Republican. Brennan died at the home of his daughter in Cato, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin Manitowoc County is a county in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. As of the 2020 census, the population was 81,359. Wisconsin State Assembly
The Wisconsin State Assembly is the lower house of the Wisconsin Legislature. Together with the smaller Wisconsin Senate, the two constitute the legislative branch of the U.S. state of Wisconsin. Representatives are elected for two-year terms, elected during the fall elections. If a vacancy occurs in an Assembly seat between elections, it may be filled only by a special election. Morrison is a town in Brown County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 1,599 at the 2010 census. The unincorporated communities of Lark, Morrison, and Wayside are located in the town. Geography Morrison is located in southern Brown County and is bounded by Manitowoc County to the south and the east.
