Matthew Little
Matthew Little (born 3 January 1986) is an Australian rules footballer, who has previously played for the Hawthorn Football Club, in the Australian Football League (AFL). Little won the Frosty Miller Medal in 2010. Currently, Little plays for the Bendigo Bombers in the Victorian Football League (VFL). After playing one senior game for Hawthorn, Little was delisted at the end of the 2007 season. During his three years with Hawthorn, Little played 40 games with the Club's VFL affiliate the Box Hill Hawks and kicked 80 goals. He was the club's leading goalkicker in both 2006 and 2007 with 35 goals each season. At the end of 2010, Little had kicked 258 career goals in the VFL, 178 with Williamstown and 80 with the Box Hill Hawks. He kicked 84 goals in the 2010 season. Calder Cannons
The Calder Cannons is an Australian rules football club from Melbourne, Australia. The club competes in the NAB League, the Victorian Statewide Under-18s competition, and fields squads in the Under-15s, Under-16s and Under-18s. The club was formed in 1995 after the need for two more metropolitan clubs. The geographic catchment area for the club is the north western suburbs of Melbourne extending to cover the Macedon Ranges area. James Hird
James Albert Hird (born 4 February 1973) is a former professional Australian rules football player and past senior coach of the Essendon Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). Hird played as a midfielder and half-forward, but he was often given free rein by then-Essendon coach Kevin Sheedy to play wherever he thought necessary. Hird was a highly decorated footballer, with accolades including the 1996 Brownlow Medal and membership of the Australian Football Hall of Fame. In 2008, he was listed by journalist Mike Sheahan as the 20th greatest player of all time in the AFL-commissioned book ''The Australian Game of Football''. Hird was appointed as the coach of the Essendon Football Club in September 2010. The Essendon Football Club, nicknamed the Bombers, is a professional Australian rules football club. The club plays in the Australian Football League (AFL), the game's premier competition.
