Matthew Griffin (born 26 July 1983) is an Australian professional golfer. He plays on the PGA Tour of Australasia where he has won three times and the OneAsia Tour where he has won twice and won the Order of Merit in 2013. Monash University
Monash University () is a public research university based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. 2012 OneAsia Tour
The OneAsia Tour was a men's professional golf tour based in the Asia-Pacific region. The tour was founded in 2009 as a joint venture between the PGA Tour of Australasia, the China Golf Association, the Korean Golf Association and the Korean PGA. The Japan Golf Tour was invited to participate in the project in 2012 and has co-sanctioned the Indonesia Open, Indonesia PGA Championship and Thailand Open. OneAsia was seen as a rival to the longer established Asian Tour, with which it had poor relations. From 2010 to 2017, the OneAsia Tour had world ranking status in its own right. Having had a ten tournament schedule in each of its first few seasons, OneAsia's fortunes began to decline. WGC-Championship
The WGC Championship was a professional golf tournament that was held between 1999 and 2021. It was one of the three or four annual World Golf Championships until the number of WGC events was reduced to two following the 2021 season. The Open Championship
The Open Championship, often referred to as The Open or the British Open, is the oldest golf tournament in the world, and one of the most prestigious. The Fiji Open is a professional golf tournament played in Fiji. It was inaugurated in 1970 as a 54-hole stroke play tournament sponsored by Air New Zealand. During the first event there were 40 players. It has been a 72-hole tournament since the second edition in 1971. In 1973, a full-field of 162 players entered the tournament. Kang Wook-soon
Kang Wook-soon ( ko, 강욱순; born 2 June 1966) is a South Korean professional golfer. Professional career Kang has played on the Asian Tour since it began in its modern form in 1995. He topped the Order of Merit in 1996 and 1998 and was the first man to reach career earnings of US$500,000 on the tour. In 2002 he was the top player on the Korean Tour. In 2003 he missed out on a PGA Tour card by one shot after three-putting the last hole of Final Qualifying to make bogey. He still qualified to play the Nationwide Tour in 2004, but despite recording a top ten finish in his third outing he left after six events. He has seven career wins on the Asian Tour and a ten wins on the Korean Tour; including three Order of Merits wins in 1999, 2000 and 2001. SK Telecom Open
The SK Telecom Open is an annual professional golf tournament hosted in South Korea and sponsored by the Korean cell phone company SK Telecom. The tournament was inaugurated in June 1997 as "SK Telecom Classic", and renamed in 2001. It is part of the Korean Tour for men, and was co-sanctioned by the Asian Tour from 2001 to 2007. It was co-sanctioned by the OneAsia Tour from 2010 to 2015. Since 2017 it has had prize money of ₩1,200,000,000. The tenth edition, held 4–7 May 2006, was shortened to 54 holes because of rain.
