Mathieu Flamini
Mathieu Pierre Flamini (born 7 March 1984) is a French former professional footballer and environmental entrepreneur. A midfielder, he has played for French side Marseille, English sides Arsenal and Crystal Palace, Italian side Milan and Spanish side Getafe. At international level, he has been capped by the France national team on three occasions. Flamini is a co-founder of GF Biochemicals, the first company in the world able to mass-produce levulinic acid. Club career Marseille Born in Marseille, Flamini was a youth team player for his local professional club Marseille. He made his debut for the senior team on 20 December 2003 in the 1–0 victory over Toulouse. He impressed the team as a hardworking midfield player and played 14 times for the club. The 2006–07 UEFA Champions League was the 15th season of UEFA's premier European club football tournament, the UEFA Champions League, since it was rebranded from the European Cup, and the 52nd season overall. Arsenal Stadium was a football stadium in Highbury, London, which was the home of Arsenal Football Club between 6 September 1913 and 7 May 2006. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958. José Anigo
José Anigo (born 15 April 1961) is a French football former manager and former defender. Career Anigo was born in Marseille, and after a tough childhood went on to play for his home town club for eight years where he established a reputation for being a tough defender. After that he became the coach for Marseillaise's youth team and latter went on to become coach from 2001 to 2005 leading the team to a runners up medal in the 2004 UEFA Cup Final. During his tenure he also signed many stars that would aid Marseille in the future such as playmaker Mathieu Valbuena, goalkeeper Steve Mandanda and defender Nicolas N'Koulou. In October 2019, Anigo was hired as Head of International Recruitment for Nottingham Forest. He left the club in June 2020.
