Mastiphal (band)
Mastiphal is a Polish black metal band. It was founded in Katowice in 1992, initially named Dissolution, thanks to effort of Rafał "Flauros" Góral (later a vocalist for Darzamat) and Cymeris (in latter years associated with Iperyt). A year later the band has been renamed to Mastiphal. They released one LP: ''For A Glory Of All Evil Spirits Rise For Victory'' (1996), two demos: ''Sowing Profane Seed'' (1994) and ''Promo'96''; and an EP ''Seed of Victory'' (1998), after which the band split up. Black metal is an extreme metal, extreme subgenre of heavy metal music. Darzamat
Darzamat is a Polish atmospheric black metal band, founded in 1995. After a few initial releases ( In Flames of Black Arts, Oniriad and the MCD In the Opium of Black Veil), the founding member Flauros (vocals) managed to gather musicians who have since been identified as the band's core: guitar players Chris and Daamr, female vocalist Nera and keyboard player Spectre. The album Semidevilish, released in 2004, established the sound of the newly consolidated band and gave it strength to start appearing more regularly on stage. The following year saw the release of Transkarpatia. The album, produced by Andy LaRocque, the guitar force behind King Diamond. A demo (shortened from "demonstration") is a song or group of songs typically recorded for limited circulation or for reference use, rather than for general public release. Kat (stylized as KAT) is a Polish heavy metal band formed in Katowice in 1979. The word "kat" means ''executioner''. KAT is one of the most important bands in Polish and East European heavy metal overall, and is also mentioned as one of the main precursors of thrash. KAT's most famous album is " Oddech wymarłych światów" (''The Breath of Extinct Worlds''), considered an opus of Polish heavy metal.
