Master Minded (foaled April 14, 2003) is a French bred National Hunt racing, National Hunt racehorse who was trained in Great Britain by Paul Nicholls (horse racing), Paul Nicholls. Early days in France Master Minded started his National Hunt career in France. He was initially trained by Guillaume Macaire and owned by Mme Benoit Gabeur. He started his career with 8 runs at Auteuil Hippodrome, Auteuil from 4 October 2006 as a three-year-old to 27 May 2007. He had 3 wins and a fourth, pulling up once, two falls, and possible his best run when he finished runner-up in the 2007 Prix Ferdinand Dufaure. The Cheltenham Festival is a horse racing-based meeting in the National Hunt racing calendar in the United Kingdom, with race prize money second only to the Grand National. The four-day festival takes place annually in March at Cheltenham Racecourse in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Big Zeb (foaled 13 May 2001) is a retired, Irish Thoroughbred horse racing, racehorse who competed in National Hunt racing and was best known for his performances in Steeplechase (horse racing), steeplechases over the minimum distance of two miles. He was slow to mature and made little impact in National Hunt Flat, bumpers and Hurdling (horse race), hurdle races before being switched to chasing and winning the Swordlestown Cup Novice Chase in 2008. In the following season he won the Paddy Power Dial-A-Bet Chase but fell twice in five races. Sir Anthony Peter McCoy (born 4 May 1974), commonly known as AP McCoy or Tony McCoy, is a Northern Irish former National Hunt horse racing jockey. Based in Ireland and the UK, McCoy rode a record 4,358 winners, and was Champion Jockey a record 20 consecutive times, every year that he was a professional. McCoy recorded his first winner in 1992 at age 17. On 7 November 2013 he rode his 4,000th winner, riding Mountain Tunes to victory at Towcester. Even in his first season riding in Britain, as an apprentice for trainer Toby Balding, McCoy won the Conditional Jump Jockeys Title with a record 74 winners for a conditional jockey. Sandown Park is a horse racing course and leisure venue in Esher, Surrey, England, located in the outer suburbs of London. It hosts 5 Grade One National Hunt races and one Group 1 flat race, the Eclipse Stakes. Twist Magic (20 April 2002 – 15 December 2010) was a French-bred, British-trained National Hunt horse trained by Paul Nicholls (horse racing), Paul Nicholls. He specialised as a two-mile chaser, and recorded many top class wins such as the Tingle Creek Chase, Tingle Creek in 2007 and 2009 and the Victor Chandler Chase in 2010. He suffered a fatal injury while racing in the rearranged Peterborough Chase at Newbury Racecourse, Newbury and had to be put down. He was a rather quirky character, although not at his best at Cheltenham Racecourse, Cheltenham, he was one of the best two-mile chasers of his generation.
