Mascarita Sagrada (Spanish for Little Sacred Mask, real name not known, born January 11, 1965) is a Mexican Mini-Estrella, Mini Lucha libre, Luchador Wrestling mask, enmascarado (Spanish language, Spanish for Mini Masked Professional wrestling, wrestler) and one of the most well-known Mexican Minis of the modern era. He is the original Mascarita Sagrada although there have been several wrestlers who have used the same gimmick through the years. Antonio Peña
Antonio Hipolito Peña Herrada (June 13, 1951 – October 5, 2006) was the founder of the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) in 1992. Peña's promotion reached its height of popularity in the early 1990s before the downturn of the Mexican economy. Peña's AAA is the promotion largely responsible for bringing the "Lucha" style to the United States, with such wrestlers as Rey Mysterio Jr., Psicosis, La Parka, Konnan and others. Peña was the former head booker of Empresa Mexicana de Lucha Libre (EMLL) before forming AAA. Juan Escalera (born March 27, 1961) is a Mexican luchador enmascarado (masked professional wrestler) better known as Octagón. He is best known for working for Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA), having worked for the company since it was founded in 1992. In 2011 he was inducted into the promotion's Hall of Fame. Octagón formed a tag team with El Hijo Del Santo to take on Los Gringos Locos (Eddie Guerrero and Art Barr) in a double mask versus hair match on the first pay-per-view put on by a Mexican wrestling promotion to air in the United States. Octagoncito (born April 24, 1974) is a Mexican ''Luchador'' '' enmascarado'', or masked professional wrestler, who works in the ''Mini-Estrellas'' ("Mini-Stars") division on the Mexican Independent circuit. He is the first wrestler to work as Octagoncito, with Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) giving the same ring character to a second Octagoncito when the original one left the promotion in 1995. Octagoncito's real name is not a matter of public record, as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico where their private lives are kept a secret from the wrestling fans. The 1996 Starrcade was the 14th annual Starrcade professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Championship Wrestling (WCW). It took place on December 29, 1996, from the Nashville Municipal Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. The event featured the New World Order (nWo) stable, which formed in July. The Mexican National Mini-Estrella Championship (''Campeonato Nacional Mini-Estrella'' in Spanish), also referred to as the Mexican National Minis Championship, is an inactive professional wrestling championship sanctioned by ''Comisión de Box y Lucha Libre Mexico D.F.'' (Mexico City Boxing and Wrestling Commission). While the commission sanctioned the title, it did not promote the events at which the championship was defended.
