''The Marty Sheargold Show '' is an Australian breakfast radio show on Triple M. The show is hosted by Marty Sheargold with anchor Troy Ellis, producers Will Ralston and Loren Barry and executive producer Matthew Thomson. Stereophonic sound, or more commonly stereo, is a method of sound reproduction that recreates a multi-directional, 3-dimensional audible perspective. Triple M Melbourne is a radio station broadcasting in Melbourne, Victoria. Its target demographic is the 18-54 age group. Triple M is an Australian commercial radio network owned and operated by Southern Cross Austereo. The network consists of 40 radio stations broadcasting a mainstream rock music format and 5 digital radio stations. The network dates back to the launch of Triple M Sydney in 1980. On 15 December 2016, the network was amalgamated with the LocalWorks network of regional radio stations. Martin Donald Sheargold (born 19 June 1971) is an Australian stand-up comedian and radio broadcaster. Sheargold was part of Nova FM's national drive show '' Kate, Tim & Marty'' with Kate Ritchie and Tim Blackwell until 11 September 2020. He is currently the host of the '' Marty Sheargold Show'' on Triple M Melbourne. Early life Sheargold went to school at Daramalan College in Canberra. ''The Hot Breakfast'' was an Australian breakfast radio show on Triple M Melbourne hosted by Eddie McGuire and Luke Darcy. The show began on Monday, 7 September 2009. Former SBS sports broadcaster Mieke Buchan and comedian Tony Moclair were part of the inaugural team. Edward Joseph McGuire AM (born 29 October 1964) is an Australian television presenter, journalist and Australian Football League commentator. He is also an occasional ''Herald Sun'' newspaper columnist. He hosts Channel Nine’s Millionaire Hotseat, Monday night episodes of Footy Classified, and Network 10’s coverage of the Melbourne Cup Carnival. McGuire is the former president of the Collingwood Football Club; he stood down in 2021 after criticism of his handling of a report outlining systemic racism and involvement in racism at the club.
