Marti Emerald
Marti Emerald is a California politician and former television journalist. She was a member of the San Diego City Council in San Diego, California. She represented San Diego's Council District 7 from 2008 to 2012 and Council District 9 from 2012 to 2016. She is a United States Democratic Party, Democrat, although City Council positions are officially nonpartisan per California state law. She was married to attorney Michael Klarfeld until his death in 2011, and she has one daughter. She married Karl Bradley in November 2014.
