''Marriage Is a Crazy Thing'' is a 2002 South Korean erotic film, and the second film directed by South Korean poet-turned-director Yoo Ha. Story Joon-young (Kam Woo-sung) is a Korean professor of English literature and a perpetual bachelor. But when he meets Yeon-hee (Uhm Jung-hwa) on a blind date, his days of bachelorhood seem numbered. But because of the views both of them have on marriage, she marries someone else and the professor becomes her kept man, living with her only on weekends. But even this limited relationship brings up the conflicts that result in fights and jealousy. Kam Woo-sung (born October 1, 1970) is a South Korean actor. He is best known for his portrayal of a court jester serving a despotic king in the hit period film '' The King and the Clown''. Uhm Jung-hwa
Uhm Jung-hwa (; born August 17, 1969) is a South Korean singer, actress and dancer. Uhm is considered to be one of the most influential women in the Korean entertainment industry, finding rare success in both music and film. Her legacy and career reinventions have given her the nickname of "Korean Madonna". Uhm began her career in 1989 as a chorus member for the broadcasting company MBC.
