Marnell Corrao Associates is a privately held company specializing in architecture and general contracting services that is based in Enterprise, Nevada. The company was founded in 1974 and is the country’s oldest and largest hotel casino design/build firm. The company specializes in large-scale projects and concentrates their efforts in the casino arena. History By 2002, the company had completed construction of over 55,000 hotel rooms and over 70,000 by 2005. Received approval on October 17, 2005, for a new project on Las Vegas Boulevard in Henderson. The project, named '' M Resort'', is located on a site. The casino opened on March 1, 2009. Stardust Resort & Casino
The Stardust Resort and Casino was a casino resort located on along the Las Vegas Strip in Winchester, Nevada. The Stardust was conceived by Tony Cornero, and construction began in 1954. Cornero died in 1955, and the project was taken over by his brother. The Stardust had numerous creditors, and construction was stopped in 1956, when the project ran out of money. Rella Factor, the wife of John Factor, bought the Stardust in January 1958, and finished construction. The Stardust opened on July 2, 1958, as the world's largest hotel. It had 1,065 rooms located across six motel structures, and included a casino. Brightline West
Brightline West is a proposed privately run high-speed rail route linking Las Vegas Valley and Rancho Cucamonga in the Greater Los Angeles area through the California high desert. The line will connect with existing rail at Rancho Cucamonga station of Metrolink's San Bernardino Line, a commuter rail line in Southern California. The project is intended to provide an alternative to air and automobile travel between Southern California and Las Vegas, a popular vacation spot. Construction on the route is expected to begin in early 2023 pending project permits finalization from Federal Railroad Administration in March 2023, and revenue service is planned to begin in 2026. Texas Station was a casino hotel in North Las Vegas, Nevada. It was owned and operated by Station Casinos. Texas native Frank Fertitta Jr., the hotel-casino's original owner, chose the Texas theme to appeal to customers from his home state. Fertitta sold the hotel-casino for $95 million to Station Casinos, his former company, prior to its opening on July 12, 1995.
