Mark Brooks (comics)
Mark Brooks is an American comic book artist. For his cover art, he was awarded the Inkpot Award in 2014. He has produced designs for a line of Marvel figures manufactured by Sideshow Collectibles. Career Brooks' first published work was in 10th Muse, written by Marv Wolfman for Image Comics, in which he penciled the Atlas back-up stories in 2001. His first cover art was a variant for the Atlas #1 one-shot for Avatar Press. His other early work includes Transformers: More Than Meet the Eyes for Dreamwave Productions, G.I Joe vs. the Transformers for Devil's Due Publishing, and Ultraman Tiga for Dark Horse Comics. In 2004, Brooks penciled and provided the cover art for a number of issues of Marvel Age Spider-Man, his first collaboration with Marvel. He then worked on Cable & Deadpool for two issues before moving on to illustrate the first arc of Amazing Fantasy (vol.2) featuring Anya Corazon. Avengers (comics)
The Avengers are a team of superheroes appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The team made its debut in '' The Avengers'' #1 (cover-dated Sept. 1963), created by writer-editor Stan Lee and artist/co-plotter Jack Kirby. Labeled "Earth's Mightiest Heroes", the original Avengers consisted of Iron Man, Ant-Man, Hulk, Thor and the Wasp. Captain America was discovered trapped in ice in issue #4, and joined the group after they revived him. The Avengers are an all-star ensemble cast of established superhero characters from the Marvel Comics portfolio. The Amazing Spider-Man
''The Amazing Spider-Man'' is an ongoing American comic book series featuring the Marvel Comics superhero Spider-Man as its main protagonist. Being in the Earth 616, mainstream continuity of the franchise, it began publication in 1963 as a bimonthly periodical (as ''Amazing Fantasy'' had been), quickly being increased to monthly, and was published continuously, with a brief interruption in 1995, until its second volume with a new numbering order in 1999. In 2003, the series reverted to the numbering order of the first volume. The title has occasionally been published biweekly, and was published three times a month from 2008 to 2010. Nick Spencer
Nick Spencer is a comic book writer and former politician best known for his Image series ''Morning Glories'', his collaborations with artist Steve Lieber on the comedic series '' Superior Foes of Spider-Man'' and '' The Fix'', a three-year run on Marvel's ''The Amazing Spider-Man'', as well as his controversial Captain America storyline that began with '' Captain America: Sam Wilson'', continued with '' Captain America: Steve Rogers'', and culminated in the 2017 company-wide crossover " Secret Empire". Han Solo is a fictional character in the '' Star Wars'' franchise created by George Lucas. The Young Avengers are the names of two fictional superhero teams appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The first team, created by Allan Heinberg and Jim Cheung, features numerous adolescent characters who typically have connections to established members of Marvel's primary superhero team, the Avengers. Dark Reign is a 2008 to 2009 comic book branding used by Marvel Comics. It deals with the aftermath of the "Secret Invasion" storyline, which leads to a shift of power in the Marvel Universe toward Norman Osborn. The title refers to Osborn's rise to national power and the ramifications thereof.
