Ãœlar Mark
Ülar Mark (born 12 February 1968) is an Estonian architect. He graduated from the Department of Architecture of the Tallinn University of Art (today's Estonian Academy of Arts) in 1995. From 1999 to 2002 Ülar Mark worked as the chief architect of the city of Narva. Since 2002, Mark has worked in the architectural bureau Urban Mark OÜ. Ülar Mark is a member of the Union of Estonian Architects and from 2006 to 2007 was the chairman of the union. From 2009 to 2013 Ülar Mark worked as the chairman of the Estonian Center of Architecture. From 2009- Ülar Mark is partner of Allianss Architects OÜ. Notable works by Ülar Mark are the gallery of the Bank of Estonia, the Tallink Spa Hotel and the new railway station of Tartu. Sir Robert Mark (13 March 1917 – 30 September 2010) was a senior British police officer who served as Chief Constable of Leicester City Police, and later as Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police from 1972 to 1977. Mark was the first Metropolitan Commissioner to have risen through all the ranks from the lowest to the highest (a route followed by all subsequent Commissioners), although a few predecessors had served as Constables prior to fast-track promotion. Donald J. Mark (March 31, 1926 – February 10, 2018) was an American judge. Mark was born in Rochester, New York. He went to St. Andrew School and the Aquinas Institute in Rochester. Mark served in the United States Marine Corps during World War II and the Korean War. He also served as a colonel in the New York National Guard. Mark went to Syracuse University, Cornell Law School, and was admitted to the New York bar in 1953. From 1964 to 1973, he served as the Penfield Town Court justice.
