Mari Manoogian (born September 3, 1992) is an American politician from Michigan who represents the 40th District in the Michigan House of Representatives. A member of the Democratic Party, her constituency includes several communities within Oakland County, including Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Bloomfield Township, and part of West Bloomfield Township. Early life and education Manoogian was born in Birmingham, Michigan as the eldest daughter of a utility worker and union leader, and a vocational rehabilitation specialist.
