Margit Brataas
Margit Brataas (née Karlsen, December 28, 1903 – December 17, 1971) was a Norwegian actress. Brataas was born in Kristiania (now Oslo), the daughter of Svend Marus Karlsen (1882–?) and Hilma Mathilde Karlsen (1877–?). She made her film debut in 1942 in Toralf Sandø's film ''Det æ'kke te å tru'', followed by ''Vi gifter oss'' (1951), ''Trine!'' (1952), and '' Balladen om mestertyven Ole Høiland'' (1970). Vestre Gravlund
Vestre Gravlund is a cemetery in the Frogner borough of Oslo, Norway. It is located next to the Borgen metro station. At , it is the largest cemetery in Norway. It was inaugurated in September 1902 and also contains a crematorium (''Vestre krematorium'') and chapel (''Gravkapellet''). The grave chapel was constructed in granite and clay stone and was designed by architect Alfred Christian Dahl (1857–1940). It was built in 1900 and consecrated in 1902. ''Vi gifter oss'' (We're Getting Married) is a Norway, Norwegian black-and-white film from 1951 directed by Nils R. Müller. Müller also wrote the screenplay for the film. The film starred Henki Kolstad and Inger Marie Andersen. Plot It is summer and the composer Petter Gran is on vacation when he suddenly hears a scream from Miss Hermansen. The film was based on Hans Geelmuyden's novel ''Trine!'', and Geelmuyden wrote the script for the film together with Sandø. Plot Per Gjerpen works as a salesman and accountant. One day he sees Trine while he is out on a sales tour. He buys her two lottery tickets. This is the beginning of a contact that later deepens into a love affair. Folketeateret is a theatre in Oslo, Norway. The building has been used as a movie theatre and as an opera house. The theatre has 1,400 seats. History The theatre itself operated from 1952 to 1959, but the institution has a much longer history. Inspired by the Freie Deutsche Volksbühne in Berlin led to forming of interest organizations in Bergen and Oslo in 1928 and 1929. The idea to establish a good theater for the working class. The ''Folketeatret'' building in Oslo was commissioned in 1929, and the architects Christian Morgenstierne (1880–1967) and Arne Eide (1881–1957) worked on it until it opened in 1935. For financial reasons, a theatre did not open immediately, but a movie theatre was operated. The first theatre performance happened in 1952. Hans Jacob Nilsen (1897–1957) was the theatre director from 1952 to 1955, then Jens Gunderssen (1912–1969) from 1955 to 1959. In 1959 the finances were too poor to continue as an independent theatre.
