Marco Piqué
Marco "The Sniper" Piqué (born January 9, 1980) is a Surinamese-Dutch welterweight kickboxer, fighting out of Team Snipers in The Hague, Netherlands. He is the current World Full Contact Association Muay Thai middleweight world champion, WMC intercontinental champion, and a two-time K-1, K-1 MAX regional tournament finalist. Biography and career Originally from Suriname, Piqué has fought the majority of his fights in the Netherlands. He won his first title in 2003 when he defeated Alviar Lima via split decision to claim the W.P.K.L. Dutch national Muay Thai title. Over the next couple of years Piqué claimed the W.F.C.A. Benelux title and the W.P.K.L. European title as well as losing to legendary Thai fighter Jongsanan Fairtex in Las Vegas Valley, Las Vegas in a bid to win Fairtex's I.K.K.C. world title belt. Gevorg "Giorgio" Petrosyan ( hy, Գևորգ Պետրոսյան; born December 10, 1985) is an Armenian-Italian kickboxer who competes in the middleweight division. Yi Long (), birth name Liu Xingjun (), is a Chinese martial artist, kickboxer and Wushu practitioner and other martial arts who competes in the Super Welterweight, Welterweight and Super Middleweight divisions. Grégory "Cheetah" Choplin (born 15 November 1980 in Saint-Denis) is a French- Ivorian Middleweight and Super Middleweight Muay Thai kickboxer. Choplin currently fights out of DEREK boxing in la Courneuve. He is from Saint-Denis, Paris, France. John Wayne "The Gunslinger" Parr (born 25 May 1976), also known as JWP, is a retired Australian Muay Thai fighter, kickboxer and boxer, fighting out of Boonchu Gym in Gold Coast, Queensland. He is a former 10-time World Champion and was the runner up on ''The Contender Asia''. Biography Early life Wayne Parr began training in taekwondo at the age of 11. Leroy "Bamm Bamm" Kaestner (born September 28, 1988) is a Dutch welterweight kickboxer fighting out of Bullys gym Arnhem for Team Aerts/Afafa. Warren "Chaka Zulu" Stevelmans (born 16 May 1983) is a South African kickboxer, fighting out of Vos Gym in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He is the K-1 MAX Netherlands 2008 tournament champion. Biography and career Despite being born in South Africa, Stevelmans has spent the bulk of his career fighting in the Netherlands. He began his career at C-Class level in 2001 and through 2001 to 2005 won a number of C and B-Class fights, culminating in winning his A-Class debut against Arian Vatniki in Maastricht, Netherlands. Joerie "The Shark" Mes (born March 16, 1979) is a Dutch former welterweight kickboxer, fighting out of Mike's Gym in Amsterdam. He is a former Dutch and European Muay Thai champion who later competed in K-1 MAX. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest combination specialists in kickboxing history. After his kickboxing career he worked as a history teacher in Amsterdam for several years. He is now a fulltime kickboxing coach at Mike's Gym.
