Marck (; ) is a Communes of France, commune in the Pas-de-Calais Departments of France, department in the Hauts-de-France region of France. Geography Marck is a farming and light industrial town located 6 km east of Calais, at the junction of the D940 and D248 roads. The A26 autoroute (‘autoroute des Anglais’) passes through the commune and the Louis Blériot airport is in the middle of the commune. The small villages of Les Hemmes-de-Marck and Fort-Vert, both on the D191 road, are included in the population. Calais–Dunkerque Airport is situated in the commune. A26 Autoroute
The A26 is a long French motorway connecting Calais and Troyes. It is also known as the Autoroute des Anglais (''Motorway of the English'') as its length forms the first part of the main route from the Dover-Calais ferries and the Channel Tunnel towards Southern and Eastern France and the Cote d'Azur. The motorway is used by a high proportion of British cars, particularly during the summer holiday season. Louis Charles Joseph Blériot ( , also , ; 1 July 1872 – 1 August 1936) was a French aviator, inventor, and engineer. Calais–Dunkerque Airport (french: Aéroport de Calais - Dunkerque) is an airport located in Marck, east-northeast of Calais, in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France. The airport also serves Dunkerque (a commune in the Nord department). Pierre-Henri Dumont (born 7 October 1987) is a French politician for the Republicans party ('' French language: Les Républicains''), who has been serving as a member of the National Assembly since June 2017, representing the Pas-de-Calais's 7th constituency.
