Marcelo Fabián Benítez (born 29 May 1989) is an Argentine footballer who plays as a midfielder for Gimnasia Concepción. Club career Benítez started his career with Argentine Primera División side Lanús in 2008, but left two years later without featuring. In 2010, Benítez joined Spanish club Real Zaragoza B. He made forty-one appearances, including twenty-nine in the 2011–12 Segunda División B season, either side of a spell back in Argentina with General Lamadrid. He left Zaragoza in June 2013 to join Deportivo Armenio of Primera B Metropolitana. His first appearance came on 18 September in a draw against Deportivo Merlo. He played eighteen times for the club. On 28 August 2014, Benítez joined Torneo Federal A club Tiro Federal. Twelve appearances followed for Tiro Federal during the 2014 campaign. Primera B Metropolitana is one of two professional leagues that form the third level of the Argentine football league system. The division is made up of 17 clubs mainly from the city of Buenos Aires and its metropolitan area, Greater Buenos Aires. The 2009 South American Youth Championship (Sudamericano sub-20) was a football competition for national teams U-20 who are associated with the football federation CONMEBOL. It was the 24th time the tournament was held and took place in Venezuela from January 19 to February 8. It also served as qualification for the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup. Torneo Regional Federal Amateur
The Torneo Regional Federal Amateur (in English "Regional Federal Amateur Tournament") is one of the two professional leagues that form the regionalised fourth level of the Argentine football league system, along with Primera C Metropolitana. The competition was established in 2018 as a result of a change in the structure of the league system, replacing Torneo Federal B. Federal Amateur is organised by "Consejo Federal", a division of the Argentine Football Association. Clubs in Federal B have indirect membership in AFA unlike clubs in Primera C, which have direct membership. Club Sportivo Desamparados is a sports club from the city of San Juan, and also called Consultants Moravia San Juan Province, Argentina. Primera Nacional (usually called simply Nacional B, in English "National B Division", and known as Primera B Nacional until the 2019–20 season) is the second division of the Argentine football league system. The competition is made up of 37 teams. It is played by teams from all over the country. 2015 Torneo Federal A
The 2015, was the 2º Torneo Federal A season since it became part of the third tier of the Argentine football league system. The tournament is reserved for teams indirectly affiliated to the Asociación del Fútbol Argentino (AFA), while teams affiliated to AFA have to play the Primera B Metropolitana, which is the other third tier competition. The champion will be promoted to Primera B Nacional. 40 teams competed. The regular season began on March 20 and ended on December 10.
