Marcela Rubiales
Marcela Rubiales Jiménez (born 16 April 1953) is a Mexican singer, actress, and television presenter. Life She is the daughter of announcer and presenter Paco Malgesto (Francisco Rubiales Calvo) and singer and actress Flor Silvestre (Guillermina Jiménez Chabolla). Rubiales began her career in 1977, when she was given a supporting role in the telenovela ''La venganza''. Later, in 1979, she hosted the television program ''Complicadísimo''. She made her singing debut in the early 1980s and recorded most of her hit songs for Mexico's EMI Capitol label. In films she has starred opposite actors Antonio Aguilar and Gaspar Henaine Gaspar Henaine (6 January 1927 – 30 September 2011), more commonly known by his pseudonym Capulina, was a Mexican comedian, actor, singer, film producer, and screenwriter. Ranchera () or canción ranchera is a genre of traditional music of Mexico. It dates to before the years of the Mexican Revolution. Rancheras today are played in virtually all regional Mexican music styles. Drawing on rural traditional folk music, the ranchera developed as a symbol of a new national consciousness in reaction to the aristocratic tastes of the period. The classic "rancheras" songs usually talk about life in Mexico not only in rural areas, but also portray life in Mexico at the time of the bandits. Gaspar Henaine (6 January 1927 – 30 September 2011), more commonly known by his pseudonym Capulina, was a Mexican comedian, actor, singer, film producer, and screenwriter. He is best known for partnering with Marco Antonio Campos as the double act Viruta and Capulina and for his subsequent solo career. He was later given the nickname "''El Rey del Humorismo Blanco''" (The King of White Humor), due to his clean, innocent style of comedy. Early life Capulina was born in Chignahuapan, Puebla, the son of Antonio Henaine Helú, a Lebanese businessman, and Concepción Pérez de León (c. 1893 – 27 February 1983), who was also born in Chignahuapan. José Pascual Antonio Aguilar Márquez Barraza (17 May 191919 June 2007) was a Mexican singer, actor, songwriter, equestrian, film producer, and screenwriter with a dominating career in music. He recorded over 150 albums, which sold 25 million copies, and acted in more than 120 films. He was given the honorific nickname "''El Charro de México''" (Mexico's Horseman) because he is credited with popularizing the Mexican equestrian sport '' la charrería'' to international audiences. Aguilar began his career singing on the Mexican radio station XEW in 1950.
