Simaltari ( ne, सिमलटारी) is a place in Malika Rural Municipality ward number 8 of Gulmi District, in the hills of Lumbini Province, Nepal, bordered by Dhurkot, Madane and Arjai rural municipalities. It is located on a river valley, bordered by the Chhaldi and Hul streams, placing it within their confluence. Malika Rural Municipality, Gulmi
Malika is a Rural municipality located within the Gulmi District of the Lumbini Province of Nepal. The rural municipality spans of area, with a total population of 21,729 according to a 2011 Nepal census. On March 10, 2017, the Government of Nepal restructured the local level bodies into 753 new local level structures. The previous Neta (half portion excluded), Darlung, Hawangdi, Arkhawang, Chhapahile, Arje, Dhamir and Martung VDCs were merged to form Malika Rural Municipality. Gulmi District ( ne, गुल्मी जिल्ला), a part of Lumbini Province, is one of the seventy-seven districts of Nepal. The district, with Tamghas as its headquarters, covers an area of , had a population of 296,654 in 2001, 280,160 in 2011 and 268,597 in 2016.
