Manuel Muhi
Manuel "Bong" M. Muhi (born December 22, 1966) is a Filipino civil engineer and educator who is the incumbent President of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He was appointed by the university Board of Regents in accordance with the provisions of the Republic Act 8292, otherwise known as the Higher Education Modernization Act of 1997. Emanuel "Dekong" Castro De Guzman is a former President of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. De Guzman was appointed by the Commission on Higher Education in accordance with the provisions of the Republic Act 8292, otherwise known as the Higher Education Modernization Act of 1997. and by virtue of Resolution No. 872, Series of 2012 passed on March 14, 2012 by the PUP Board of Regents. The Philippine National Police ( fil, Pambansang Pulisya ng Pilipinas, acronymed as PNP) is the armed national police force in the Philippines. Its national headquarters is located at Camp Crame in Bagong Lipunan ng Crame, Quezon City. Currently, it has approximately 220,000 personnel to police a population in excess of 100 million.
