Manuel L. Quezon III
Manuel Luis "Manolo" Casas Quezon III (born May 30, 1970) is a Filipino writer, former television host and a grandson of former Philippine president Manuel L. Quezon. Quezon is a columnist and editorial writer for the ''Philippine Daily Inquirer.'' From 2007 to 2010, he was also the host and writer of ''The Explainer'' on the cable ABS-CBN News Channel. In 2003, he was named presidential assistant for historical affairs during the presidency of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. He was a history curator from March 2004 to March 2005 at the Ayala Museum. He served as spokesman for the committee in charge of the inauguration of President Benigno S. Aquino III. The Presidential Communications Group, or simply the Communications Group, is the collective name for the offices within the Office of the President of the Philippines and refers to the position of the Office of the Press Secretary, formerly known as the Secretary of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO). The office of the presidential spokesperson was previously under the Communications Group. The Communications Group is primarily responsible for planning, programming, and coordinating the activities that will most effectively collect information about what is happening in the Executive branch of the government, and getting this information to the media. Quezon, officially the Province of Quezon ( tl, Lalawigan ng Quezon), is a province in the Philippines located in the Calabarzon region on Luzon. Kalilayan was the first known name of the province. Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III (; February 8, 1960 – June 24, 2021), also known as Noynoy Aquino and colloquially as PNoy, was a Filipino politician who served as the 15th president of the Philippines from 2010 to 2016.
