Manouchehr Mahamadi
Manouchehr Mohammadi (Persian: منوچهر محمدی; born in 1956 in Abadan, Iran) is an Iranian film producer. He graduated in sociology from Tehran University; began film producing with Hey, Joe! (1988, M. Asgari-Nasab). Founded a production company, Sina Film, along with Seifollah Daad and Manouchehr Asgari-Nasab. He was the Director of Supervision on Filmmaking in Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance (1997-2000). ''The Lizard'' ( fa, مارمولک, Marmoulak), is an 2004 Iranian comedy drama film directed by Kamal Tabrizi, written by Peyman Ghasem Khani and starring Parviz Parastui as Reza "the lizard" Mesghali, a small-time thief. This is the first Irani film that poked fun at the mullahs. The story of this film is an adaptation of the films " We're No Angels" and " The Pilgrim". ''The Survivor'' is a 1996 Iranian epic historical drama film about Arab–Israeli conflict starring Salma Al-Masri, Alaa El Din Koksh, Ghassan Massoud, and Jamal Suleiman. The script is based on '' Returning to Haifa'', a novel by the Palestinian author Ghassan Kanafani in 1969. The novel is about Israeli Declaration of Independence and its government in Haifa in 1948. Seifollah Dad (1955-2009) was an Iranian screenwriter and director. He was born in Khurramshahr and studied sociology at Shiraz University. He made his directorial debut with ''Under the Rain'' in 1985, and his second film ''Kani-Manga'' won the Crystal Simorgh for best film.
