Manfred Geyer (born 23 May 1951, in Altenfeld) is a former German biathlete. The biathlon is a winter sport that combines cross-country skiing and rifle shooting. The 1976 Winter Olympics, officially known as the XII Olympic Winter Games (german: XII.
