Mamuka Pantsulaia
Mamuka Pantsulaia ( ka, მამუკა ფანცულაია; 9 October 1967 – 26 February 2019) was a Georgian footballer who played as a forward and made one appearance for the Georgia national team. Career Pantsulaia played for the Soviet Union under-16 national team in 1985, helping the team to win the 1985 UEFA European Under-16 Championship with two goals in the final. He was named the best player of the tournament. In total, he scored 8 goals in 17 matches for the Soviet youth teams. He earned his first and only cap for Georgia on 27 May 1990 in the country's first international match, a friendly against Lithuania. He started the match, but was substituted out at half-time for Gocha Gogrichiani. The home fixture, which took place in Tbilisi, finished as a 2–2 draw. Unified Sports Classification System of the USSR (russian: Единая Всесоюзная спортивная классификация) is a document which provided general Soviet physical education system requirements for both athletes and coaches. Similar systems still exist today in several former Soviet republics. Athletes The classification was established in 1935 and was based on separate classifications, which existed for several sports disciplines before. Starting in 1949, it was revised every four years, the period, which corresponded to the Olympic cycle, to reflect new standards for the physical training. The Rec.Sport.Soccer Statistics Foundation (RSSSF) is an international organization dedicated to collecting statistics about association football. The foundation aims to build an exhaustive archive of football-related information from around the world. UEFA European Under-17 Championship
The UEFA European Under-17 Championship or simply UEFA Under-17 Championship, is an annual football competition contested by the European men's under-17 national teams of the member associations of UEFA. Spain is the most successful team in this competition, having won nine titles. France are the current champions. History and format The current competition format consists of three stages: a qualifying round, an elite round and a final tournament. The first stage takes place in autumn of the previous year, while the elite round is played in spring. The winners of each elite round group join the host team in the final tournament, played in May.
