Parviz Shahbazi is an Iranian filmmaker. Biography Shahbazi is a graduate of filmmaking in Iran. During the early 80's he began writing short stories and directing short films. He edited several films and directed 12 short films before making his first feature film, ''Traveler from the South'', in 1996. 'Talla’ is his latest feature movie. Film career His debut feature film, ''Traveler from the South'' (1996) as well as his second film, ''Whispers'' (2000) went to countless festivals and brought him international recognition, collecting several prizes along the way. In 2002, his third film, ''Deep Breath'' was shown at the Directors' Fortnight at Cannes Film Festival to great success. Saed Soheili
Saed Soheili ( fa, ساعد سهیلی; born February 19, 1988) is an Iranian actor. He is best known for his acting in ''Guidance Patrol'' (2012), ''A Few Cubic Meters of Love'' (2014), ''Crazy Rook'' (2014) and ''Lottery'' (2018). Early life Soheili was born in Mashhad, the son of Iranian director Saeed Soheili. His brother Sina, and his two sisters, Sara and Saba, are active in the field of cinema, television and theater. Soheili began his work at age 14 with a short role in ''Shab-e Brehne'', directed by his father. He was also behind the scenes in some of his father's work. He has a bachelor of graphic art from the Islamic Azad University. His first professional role was in a play for a television film by Javad Ezzati. 73rd Venice International Film Festival
The 73rd annual Venice International Film Festival was held from 31 August to 10 September 2016. English director Sam Mendes was the President of the Jury for the main competition. The opening night film was Damien Chazelle's musical ''La La Land''. The Golden Lion was awarded to Lav Diaz's film ''The Woman Who Left''. A new project named Venice Production Bridge was introduced in this edition of the festival. The new project is intended to attract industry professionals and focus on original projects for films, internet, series, virtual reality, and works in progress, in order to help their development and production. It is also meant to work in conjunction with the Venice Film Market which started in 2012. The HESA Azarakhsh ( fa, آذرخش ''Âzarakhš'', "Thunderbolt") is a jet fighter aircraft manufactured by the Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industrial Company (HESA).
